Lead Android – 100% Remote

You are:

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Expertise in Android development (5+ years).
• Solid understanding of modern approaches to building the architecture of Android applications.
• Have the ability to describe technical issues to nontechnical team members.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Kotlin.
• Ability to work in a team with other developers and other participants in the development process.
• Enjoying being part of the team that is changing the finance in LATAM. 
• Hands-on experience in the Agile development process.

You’ll do:

• Contribute to the architecture and design of projects and strategic initiatives, focusing on user experience, usability, stability, and efficiency.
• Manage individual team members, both junior and senior, encouraging their professional growth and maximizing their potential contributions.
• Assist with interviewing and attracting new talent.
• Align with the product and organizational OKRs, and coordinate with cross-functional squads on delivering key results.
• Help to bring the chapter philosophy to every squad in the tribe.
• Work closely with the other leads to define the process and ways to work on the mobile chapter
